Hello Abdirahman,
I did all these things and I still get the bulletin when trying to add the audio file - Cull some other files. Something went wrong and nosotros couldn't add some files.
This has happened for a month at present. I was always able to upload the audio file and adhere it to a picture and cease information technology and so upload information technology to YouTube.

This was working since March 2020 until about the past month. At present the files won't upload and I get this fault.

Thanks for updating the information It seems that the issue is a debug app, pleases try other steps below.
Step ane:- ((Remove Microsoft Photos))
- Hit "Windows Logo" and blazon PowerShell
- Right-click on it and Open "Run as Administrator"
- Type this command beneath and it will automatically remove the Microsoft photos app.
Become-AppxPackage *photos* | Remove-AppxPackage
Step ii:- ((Install Microsoft Photograph and endeavor if that works))
- Open Microsoft Store App, on the search type "Microsoft Photos".
- Select it then click get and await to install Microsoft Photos.
- Open the Microsoft Photos and try to add together the audio file.

Hello - I followed your instructions and did uninstall the Photos app. Now I have repeatedly tried to install information technology and it will non download. I have enclosed the screen shot. When I click on the ... button and tell it to download to my Dell computer I go the message that it is attempting to download but it never does.

I am sorry that the outcome didn't resolve and I can run across that Microsoft Store app also have a debug that unable install any apps from shop, please use ane of the methods below to fix Microsoft Store:-
Method 1:- ((Troubleshoot Windows Store Apps))
- Hit "Windows Logo" and select "Settings"
- Select "Update & Security" and on the correct-sidebar click "Troubleshoot"
- Select "Additional Troubleshoot" so scroll-down and click Windows Store Apps
- Run the troubleshooter, when is completed reboot the machine and effort the Store App again.
Method 2:- ((Reinstall Windows Shop Apps))
- Correct-click on "Windows Logo" and select "Windows PowerShell (Admin)"
- Type the control beneath and hit Enter then reboot the machine:
Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Method ane did not piece of work. When I tried Method two I get a message access denied. Screen shot of the Ability Beat window (information technology does non say admin, past the way).

Hello - Yeah, I did all that you requested and reloaded Windows Photos app. I even so become an error when I try to upload an MP3 file, aforementioned error that I send you the screen shot earlier. What did Windows practise to the software in the by 4-vi weeks? It always worked for me earlier.
